• The STA-PRO is 8 meters long and holds 26 deflection pods of various sizes. These pods are free to slide along the rope so you can adjust them to suit your session and they also move on impact so they are constantly changing the picture for the goalkeeper and increasing unpredictability.
• Supplied with 3 ground spikes allowing you to set up your STA-PRO at various positions and can be used on two angle at once. (see images) The spikes also allow you to adjust the tension on the rope and this is an important consideration with regard your session. Close up sessions over short distances will likely require the rope to be tighter to provide more resistance whilst over longer distances and using more power it will be necessary to reduce the tension / resistance or you will see deflections to big and the goalkeeper will be watching the ball fly wide or high rather then having a chance to deal it. Equally, the STA-PRO will perform differently on different surfaces. Firmer surfaces will produce bigger deflections so by loosening the rope and pods they are free to move on impact meaning less resistance and result more deflections the goalkeeper will have a chance to deal with.
• The deflection pods are made of PVC meaning they are pretty much indestructible and even a GK with a revenge in mind cant stamp or kick them out of shape.
